HVAC service · Sanger
AC and heating repair in Sanger, TX.
Sanger is about ten miles north of our Denton base, straight up I-35.
What we see in Sanger
An older core, newer edges and a city-owned electric utility.
Sanger had two big growth periods: the 1970s and the 2000s. That leaves a mix of older homes near the center of town, where we often find original ductwork and aging systems, and newer subdivisions like Lane Ranch on the edges with younger builder equipment.
Sanger is also one of the few towns on our map with its own city-owned electric utility, so the rebate programs that apply in Oncor areas do not apply to most Sanger homes. That makes efficiency upgrades a straight math question about your bill, and we will run it with you honestly.
What we do here
Service for Sanger homes.
AC repair
$89 diagnostic, waived when you approve the repair. Price on the screen before work.
Your utilities
Power, gas and rebates in Sanger.
Most of Sanger gets electricity from the city’s own utility, and CoServ serves some areas. Neither is in the retail-choice market. We did not find HVAC rebates for city electric customers. CoServ members can earn a $10 monthly summer bill credit with an approved smart thermostat.
Utility programs change. Check the current terms with your provider before you count on a rebate.
How we price
You approve the price before we pick up a tool.
- $89 diagnostic, and it is waived when you approve the repair
- Every repair comes out of a set book, the same price for every customer
- Nights and weekends are one flat $95 after-hours charge per visit, not a multiplier
- If we cannot fix it, you pay the diagnostic and get an honest answer in writing
